DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING?

The training and development of our team is one of our highest priorities. All training is free and done in-house so we can tailor things to each individual. Our app provides 24/7 access to on the go training module based summaries and videos, so individuals can go over things at their own pace. We have resources in all 4 learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, reading/writing)

WHAT IS THE COMPANY CULTURE LIKE?

This is a teams-based business, and we are a very social bunch (with team nights on Tuesday and Friday evenings and team breakfasts twice a week)!

Our managing director has an open door policy, if she's busy she will always find time to sit down with anyone from the team, whether that’s to breakdown the day, or for some personalised advice on a particular aspect of training. We will always find time to support the continued development of our team.

Admittedly, we love some friendly competition at RCD. Whether that’s fun challenges throughout the day or playing Pictionary while prepping for events (which has become almost tradition at this point!)

WHAT TYPES OF PEOPLE WORK AT THE COMPANY?

Red Carpet Direct is home to a diverse group of people, and we pride ourselves in creating an environment in which everyone feels supported and welcome.
We have a team of up and coming entrepreneurs, inspired by our CEO who established her own company before the age of 30! Our team is competitive, motivated, and excited to progress, bringing fresh ideas to a well -recognised industry.

CAN I STILL APPLY IF I DON’T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD?

We have full training provided with all our roles, covering everything from fundamentals to managerial-level responsibilities and such have no expectation for any direct experience in events based marketing. We understand the frustrations  looking to gain experience when there are endless streams of jobs looking for years of experience.
At RCD we focus on individual characteristics and find there are a multitude of transferable skills from other sectors. For example, if you are from a hospitality background we know you can ace customer service and probably have great communication skills. Or those with a background in sports we know you also flourish in a team environment and probably have a great drive to progress.
We value traits such as a great student mentality (not just an ability but a want to learn!),  a great work ethic and a positive attitude.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

Our office is open 9am – 5pm (Mon – Sat).
